New Delhi: Prominent film, TV, and media personality Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios, was honoured at the 6th Fit India Conclave for his substantial contributions to the Fit India movement. The ceremony took place at Vigyan Bhawan in celebration of National Doctors Day.
Governor of Sikkim, H.E. Lakshman Prasad Acharya, and Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod P Sawant, presented the award to Dr. Marwah in front of a diverse audience brought together by MedScapeIndia, under the direction of Dr. Sunita Dube.
As the president of AAFT School of Health and Wellness, Dr. Marwah has made significant strides towards promoting fitness and wellness. His initiatives such as Athleema and Asian Star Sports League are aimed at instilling fitness consciousness among the youth.
In addition to Patron to number of Health & Wellness organizations, he serves as a patron to Clean India and is the founder of Prithvi Yoga Centre. Through these platforms, he has successfully trained over 20,000 students from more than 100 countries globally.
Dr. Marwah’s contribution extends to the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry, where he has overseen the execution of numerous health-related workshops, conferences, and seminars. His media outlets, Radio Noida 107.4 FM and MSTV, regularly broadcast health and wellness programs, including expert talks by doctors on their specializations.
